You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change. luke33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time.
The submission of a registration application does not guarantee Account approval. luke33 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any registration application without providing reasons for such refusal.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or gift your Account or any funds within it to any third party. Any attempt to do so renders the Account immediately subject to suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luke33 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated in the individual offer terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward the wagering requirement — contribution rates are specified per offer.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using irregular betting patterns (such as placing offsetting bets) designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; colluding with other Players to share or manipulate bonus funds. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent Account suspension.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in each offer's terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account balance without compensation.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the Platform, any game, or any wager in progress, luke33 reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return stakes. Malfunction voids play. No claims arising from software or system malfunctions will be entertained.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luke33 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

luke33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
luke33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
Upon Account termination for cause, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are forfeited. Real-money balances net of any bonuses will be returned to the Player following satisfactory KYC verification and AML review, unless forfeiture is otherwise required by law or these Terms.
